Shawntay Smith

My journey in early childhood education began in 2001 when I stepped into the classroom as a preschool teacher. From the very start, I knew I had found my passion for shaping young minds and building strong foundations for lifelong learning. I began by completing my required 45 hours of training and went on to earn my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. Committed to continuing my growth, I later returned to school to earn my Associate of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. Today, as the Director of Neighborhood Kids at our Royal Palm Beach location, I am proud to bring my experience, dedication, and love for early learning into every aspect of our program. I am honored to partner with families in nurturing the next generation of learners.
