Preparing for School Success Through Meaningful Learning
Our curriculum is designed to meet and exceed Kindergarten readiness standards by focusing on early literacy, numeracy, science, and critical thinking. Children engage in hands-on centers, small group instruction, and guided discovery activities that promote independence, focus, and problem-solving. We intentionally teach pre-reading and math skills in developmentally appropriate ways that spark a love of learning.
Rooted in Faith, Ready to Lead
In Bald Eagles, children begin to grasp spiritual concepts with greater depth and personal connection. Chapel time includes Bible stories with real-life application, worship songs with meaning, and interactive lessons that teach God’s truth in tangible ways. Children learn about prayer, grace, kindness, and making wise choices. As they prepare for the next stage of their journey, we empower them to see themselves as leaders, both in faith and in character, shining God’s light wherever they go.
Growing Confidence, Character, and Community
Social-emotional development remains a key focus during this final preschool year. Children learn to express their feelings with words, resolve conflicts peacefully, and show empathy toward peers. Classroom jobs and group projects build responsibility and collaboration. With increasing independence, children learn to take ownership of their routines and build the executive functioning skills needed to thrive in a school environment. Our teachers work closely with families to ensure that each child’s transition to Kindergarten is smooth, joyful, and successful.
