God honoring mission & values
To empower families and churches to achieve their God-given potential through exceptional early education in neighborhoods across America.
Our values
Nurturing God's Purpose in Every Child
We believe each child carries unique, divine potential waiting to be discovered. Through intentional care and Christ-centered education, we cultivate the seeds of faith, character, and learning in their most formative years. Our partnerships with like-minded churches create flourishing environments where children discover their God-given gifts and purpose, building foundations that will shape their journey of faith and learning.
Potential
We support every child’s unique purpose, empowering them to unlock their full potential to achieve it.
For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us a new in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
Ephesians 2:10
Impact
We are dedicated to preparing children to make a positive impact in their families and communities. Through our unique partnership with local churches, we create opportunities for engagement that empower children and their families to become exceptional Christian leaders. Together, we foster a culture of service and love, inspiring future generations to leave a lasting, transformative impact on the world around them.
In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in Heaven.
-Matthew 5:16

Love
We teach children by example to love their neighbors as they love themselves.
For the whole law can be summed up in one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself”
– Galatians 5:14
Faith
We nurture each child’s spiritual journey by instilling the values of faith, hope and love. Through enriching, biblical teachings, prayer and chapel woven naturally throughout the day, we create a foundation that inspires children’s hearts and minds to grow in Christ’s love.
So faith comes from hearing, that is, hearing the Good News about Christ.
– Romans 10:17
Growth
We provide a nurturing environment where children can grow physically, emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually, while emphasizing the virtuous traits of kindness, compassion, respect and self-control.
Train up a child in the way he should go. And when he is old, he will not depart from it.
Proverbs 22:6

NKS provides full operational support of the preschool, including licensing, compliance, staffing, marketing, curriculum, and all administrative responsibilities.
Two Pathways to Partnership:
NKS as Owner/Operator
NKS transforms your church’s available children’s areas into vibrant, Christ-centered preschool classrooms. We invite you to reimagine your church space to serve families not just on Sundays - but everyday.

Why Choose Neighborhood Kids
Partnering with Neighborhood Kids is a win-win partnership scenario that helps churches serve their communities at a higher level.
What I love about Neighborhood Kids is you’re able to come and advance the mission that God’s called us to do and you take all the stuff I don’t want to worry about. You take care of it all and allow this organization to do what God’s called us to do without adding that to our list of things to do.

What’s better than to have families not connected to our church, in the building five days a week, so now they get a sense that this is their building, this is their place

Is NKS a Fit
for your Church?
We partner with churches who share our heart for young families, whether by bringing new life to available weekday spaces or by strengthening and continuing your existing preschool ministry. If your congregation values nurturing children in faith from their earliest years, our approach provides both ministry impact and educational excellence. We’d love to explore how we might join hearts and hands with your church family to serve your community through Christ-centered early childhood education.
