NKS Employment Brand Narrative

At Neighborhood Kids School we understand that you want to inspire others as an educator while also taking care of your own family. In order to do that, you want to be part of a professional early childhood education program that gives you the opportunity to grow in a genuine community where you can pursue your God-given calling to love and teach young children.

The problem is that so many early childhood centers make it hard to find any kind of life balance and a path for long-term growth, which makes you feel undervalued and disrespected. We believe educators like you deserve to work in an environment where you are loved, appreciated, and given the best opportunities to thrive.

We understand the calling to this work is more than a job. We have the privilege of guiding children and parents through the crucial early years of development, which is why we have been changing the lives of educators and families for over 10 years and have a growth plan for expansion across the U.S. We provide a full range of benefits and support to enable your success, offering a welcoming place to delight young families.

Are you ready to start your journey as a professional Christian educator at Neighborhood Kids Schools? The first step is to complete the application on our website. We will quickly schedule a phone conversation to learn more about you and your dreams. If we both agree that NKS could be the right fit for you, we’ll get you started on the path to joining our team.

And in the meantime, download our Professional Inspiration for Early Childhood Educators. (To be created)So you can stop struggling to pursue your life ambitions and instead work with a team that is committed to your professional and spiritual growth.
