Jenn’s journey in early childhood education began in the classroom and has grown into a career shaping schools and systems across the country. Her 15-year career blends vision, strategy, and execution, reflected in her leadership of teams, operational oversight, and the opening of more than 100 schools nationwide. Along the way, she has held leadership roles with respected organizations such as The Learning Experience and Lionheart Children’s Academy, experiences that shaped her perspective and strengthened her expertise in scaling schools with both excellence and sustainability. She holds a master’s degree in Family and Child Studies and remains a lifelong learner who loves reading, teaching college courses, and challenging herself to grow both personally and professionally. Grounded in her faith, Jenn believes her work is a calling as much as a career and is currently writing her first book on leadership and business. She and her husband, her high school sweetheart, live in the suburbs of Chicago with their four children, who keep life active, adventurous, and full of purpose.
